Flash Embeds for the tinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor

While building my site, I ran into a problem with Flash embeds in the tinyMCE editor. The problem wasn't that it couldn't be done at all, but that absolutely every Flash video host I knew of provides obviously invalid HTML code.

This unwillingness to follow the XHTML standards really gets on my nerves. So I had to write the plugin myself.
