Final Version 7.4.5161.0 Coming Soon to Your Store

Another build has been submitted for certification. This time it's build 7.4.5161.0.

It already includes everything planned for version 7.4.

The Windows Phone 8 version gets improved support for OPDS catalogs. When a catalog offers a book in several formats, you can now choose which one to download. Sections of OPDS catalogs that require authorization are now available too. And before downloading a book, you can read its annotation.

The issue with rendering semi-transparent PNG images has been fixed.

In addition, both versions (for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1) will be able to sync the list of OPDS catalogs.

All in all, old bugs have been fixed and, perhaps, a few new ones added ;)

What's next?

Next up is a version for Windows Phone 8.1. Unfortunately, I can't disclose the list of new features in Windows Phone 8.1, so for now I can't tell you about the new features coming to the reader.
