Blog update

While updating the blog, I had to upgrade Microsoft.AspNet.Identity from rc1 to the release version. Unfortunately, this changed the database schema. As a result, all users who had previously registered with a username and password can no longer sign in. Another unpleasant change is that user names can no longer contain spaces. But I will most likely fix that.
